Friday the 13th confession… I have never mastered the art of eating and reading a book at the same time. Not even a cuppa and a bikkie. I turn into a dribble monster. It’s quite a sight to behold. I’m the same with anything that has ketchup on it LoL.
Thank you to the lovely people at Therm O Web for their generosity and support. I use and I recommend HeatnBond Lite for all your projects.
Not only is it Friday the 13th, it’s also full moon, and we have real bats swooping around our yardtonight. There’s a large colony not far from us, and you can hear them squeaking in the trees.
To celebrate all things spooky our wee ghosties & ghouls are on special in our webstore and Etsy store!Monster Mash,Pretty Little Kitties, Pink Piggy Farm, and Merry & Bright are also on special this weekend.
I hope you have a great weekend everyone. We’ll be clearing the dry grass and plants on our back hill. Fire season has come early and the drought has made everything tinder dry. I fear this is the new normal and rain is but a sweet memory. I’m also hoping to squeeze in some quality sewing time. Wish me luck! Stay safe, have fun, and most of all be kind to each other. toni xx
Hey lovelies, thanks for your patience. I get a migraine about twice a year and Friday was the day.

Pink Piggy Farm has been uploaded to Etsy and the webstore and is on special for the next couple of days.
If you can’t find the pattern please use the store search function. I’ve just found out that Etsy doesn’t show always show ALL of the patterns available, you might only see the most popular or whatever other ridiculous parameters they set.
Okey dokey I need to cook dinner and get some work done. I have gnomes, owls, and unicorns on my work table right now. Have a great week, toni xx
Ps. Dave the scrub turkey for your viewing pleasure…
Hi y’all, how’s things with you guys today? It’s time for us to upload the next instalment in the “This Little Piggy” BOM.
You can download this month’s instructions (Month #5) as well as previous month’s instructions here. This month we’ve added our farmers to the quilt.
We’ve also put together a preview of the quilt (so far) for you. It should help you make a few colour choices and decisions. Please note that this is for illustration purposes only. The sun isn’t fused to the quilt yet and you shouldn’t sew the blocks together as yet.
A big CONGRATULATIONS to Karen T. who is the winner of this month’s Therm-o-Web giveaway. Enter this month’s giveaway by leaving a comment on this post telling me your favourite candy or snack food.
I’ve (just) worked out how to do a percentage off on the Red Boot’s website. You’ll have to use a coupon code though – if you enter this code at the checkout you’ll receive 20% off your order – FRIDAYFRENZY1 . You can download the Piggy patterns from here too, you’ll find them under free patterns.
You’ll be pleased to know (I hope) that I’m getting some sewing done. It’s been extraordinarily hard getting back to it and I have a massive backlist of quilts to make. I truly hope that the second half of the year will be more productive than the first.
I have a box of luscious flannels to play with and I feel like making a big, squishy bear quilt.Never fear the gnomes are still on the cutting table too.
Well that’s it from me, my brain has suddenly decided not to work *sigh* and I know not to push myself when it does this. Much love to all, toni xx
