Happy Quilts.

Hi everyone,

If you missed my post earlier in the week, Happy Quilts is now up for pre-order. Huzzah!

There are 10 quilts and 10 soft toy patterns in the book, a terrific mix of quilts that suit both boys and girls including racing cars, monsters, spaceships and princesses. I’ve made a big effort to make the book great value-for-money, and I will be showing you how to adapt certain pattens to make different projects in the weeks to come.

There will be a quilt and soft toy pattern offered for free on the F&W site as well. I’ll publish the link for the free patterns as soon as I know what it is. I think the release date for the free patterns will be close to the actual book release in late May-early June :oD

I’ll be having lots of giveaways in the lead up to the book’s release date. Stay tuned!

Pre-orders are hugely important to the success of a book and authors are strongly encouraged to promote in this way. You can find Happy Quilts available for pre-order at these great book sites.
Barnes & Noble
Book Depositry (Free Shipping)

Please take a screen cap of your pre-order receipt to receive a free ‘Happy Quilt’ pattern (which I will be designing, making and writing in the next week or two – no rest for the wicked ROFLOL).

You will also go in the draw to win some great prizes. Details to follow in the next newsletter.

The book will also be available in my Etsy store, but I can’t upload it until I find out when I will be receiving my copies. At this stage I have no idea when that will be :oD

Pop Stars is now available in the Etsy store.
Bright, modern stars are perfect for a teenager’s bedroom.
Use electric blue fabric instead of pink to make a quilt for the man in your life :oD

To finish up, congratulations to Vicki T. who is the winner of January’s Birthday Club and the $25 e-voucher. You can find the link to the Birthday Club sign-up form in the menu above.

Have a happy weekend everyone, are you doing anything special?
We are spraying for spiders and kitting out a granny flat for our daughter. Exciting stuff! LOL

I’ve pre-ordered & saved my screen shot… can’t wait for the book – woo hoo!
Morning Glory looks so pretty; I love pinks & browns together.

  2. The fun never ends (kitting out your daughter’s new digs)! I am counting my pennies to make the book purchase happen! I love your work. 🙂
